Endearment Pinot Noir - North Coast

The Mendocino Pinot Noir carries a wildness you can't manufacture; the fog, redwood, iron-rich soils. The Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir gives vibrant & lush fruit and structure. We use about 15% whole clusters for stem tannin and lift, cold soak for seven days, and rely entirely on native yeasts. The 28% new oak is intentional: it integrates beautifully with this fruit weight over eighteen months and adds just enough spine without masking the terroir we work so hard to honor.
